Time for another list of businesses that made their mark in Salt Lake City this year...

GenerationStory is a new app. Take photos of your heirlooms, no matter what they are.  Upload them to your account.  Then, tell the stories of the precious items.  Where did they come from? RootWear is a new company that creates personalized t-shirts.  They can take your thumbprint, enlarge it, colorize it, and ship it.  They also get creative with your DNA percentages and print those on your shirt, as well as your chromosome bars. Austin Simkins is a professional illustrator. Tell Me Their Stories is a neat little publishing company that can help to put your family stories into a children's book. If you have an incredible story about someone in your family, why not share it with family and friends by publishing it into a kids book.  They had some really nice samples and examples at their booth. You can get laser engraved decor and accessories from Vector Innovation.  They are listed at www.etsy.com/shop/vectorinnovation  This company displayed laser cut family trees, charts, and unique personalized designs for your art project.  Take a look at what they can do for you.  Think gift giving items.

Looking for a large decorative family tree to hang as a conversation piece? Forever Family Trees can produce a beautiful work of art. They can be found at www.foreverfamilytrees.com  Browse through their catalog of unique works.  We have never seen trees this lovely.  You will be astounded.

Echo Ink Signs preserves handwriting, and they do it in the neatest way.  They start with signatures, doodles, love notes and kids stick drawings. Then they reproduce them in a 3 Dimensional wood artwork.  What a neat way to preserve and showcase anyone's handwritten script. Any grandparent would love to display that special child's drawing. If you need a way to keep the memories of loved ones alive, Memories books might be able to help.  You can generate your family history book for free with one click.  They have a downloadable app to use.  It is only for IOS devices at this time, and it syncs with your FamilySearch account.
